Red Label Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TPCD Pro mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our sales performance tracking application.
By using TPCD Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Data We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- A unique user identifier (assigned by our authentication provider)
Sales Activity Data
As you use the App, we collect the sales metrics you enter:
- Talk-To counts
- Pitch counts
- Close counts
- Deal counts
- Daily activity history
Location Data
When you activate step or territory tracking, we collect:
- GPS coordinates along your route
- Distance traveled
- Territory coverage data
Location data is collected only while tracking is active and only with your explicit permission. We do not collect location data in the background unless you have enabled background tracking and granted the necessary permissions.
Step and Motion Data
When you activate step tracking, we collect:
- Step count data from your device's motion sensors
- Calories estimated from step data
- Distance estimated from step data
Team Information
If you join or create a team, we collect:
- Team name
- Team membership (which users belong to which team)
- Your role within the team (admin or member)
- Invite codes you generate or use
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide core functionality: Display your sales metrics, conversion rates, and performance history.
- Enable team features: Power team leaderboards so you can compare performance with teammates.
- Track territory coverage: Map your sales routes and calculate territory covered.
- Correlate activity with performance: Show how steps and territory activity relate to sales outcomes.
- Sync across devices: Keep your data accessible when you sign in on a new device.
- Improve the App: Understand usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.
Data Storage and Security
Where Your Data Is Stored
- Authentication: Handled by Clerk, Inc. Your login credentials are managed by Clerk's secure authentication infrastructure. See Clerk's Privacy Policy.
- Application Data: Stored in Google Firebase/Firestore. Your sales activity, team data, and user profile are stored in Firestore. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
- Local Storage: Some data is cached on your device for offline access using secure device storage.
How Your Data Is Protected
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
- Firestore data is protected by Firebase security rules that restrict access to authorized users.
Data Sharing
With Your Team
If you join a team, the following data is visible to your teammates through the leaderboard:
- Your name
- Your sales activity metrics (Talk-To's, Pitches, Closes, Deals)
- Your step count
With Third Parties
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

- Use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- Display ads in the App.
Your Rights
Access and Export
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the email below and we will provide your data in a standard format within 30 days.
Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:
- Delete your user profile from our database.
- Remove your membership from any teams.
- Delete your sales activity history.
- Confirm deletion via email.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Correction
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw consent for location and motion data collection at any time by revoking permissions in your device settings or by stopping tracking within the App.
Location Data
- Location data is collected only when you actively start tracking within the App.
- Location is used solely to map your sales territory and calculate distance traveled.
- Location data is not shared with any third parties.
- You can stop location collection at any time by stopping tracking or revoking location permissions in your device settings.
Children's Privacy
TPCD Pro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Right to Know: You can request details about the personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell personal information.
